Shadow Scaling Milestone — 200k Clean Run & 500k Staging

The 200k NMU shadow pilot completed with no catastrophic failure modes. This is the most significant architectural validation to date. At the same time, scaling to 500k revealed representational instability in the Stabilization Engine under increased sequence diversity. Recovery protocol was initiated immediately and is currently active.

100k Shadow Pilot PASS FINAL
200k Shadow Pilot PASS / CLEAN
NMU Count (200k) 194,297
Records Processed 21,587
MRO Conflict 0
True Contradictions 0
Determinism Check PASS
Source Fidelity PASS
Renderer Inspection PASS
500k Staging Plan ACCEPTED
500k Recovery Protocol ACTIVE

The 500k instability is not considered a failure. The Stabilization Engine correctly signaled representational drift rather than silently degrading. This is the expected behavior of an epistemically-aware architecture. The diagnostic signal is meaningful.

Early Corpus Formation — First Public Diagnostic Snapshot

First public diagnostic snapshot. The Corpus Freeze V0 was accepted and Micro-Training V0 passed. This established the baseline for NMU formation and world-state graph construction. The 50k NMU target was set as the next diagnostic threshold.

Corpus Freeze V0 ACCEPTED
Micro-Training V0 PASS
NMU Ingested 13,553
World-State Nodes 2,334
World-State Edges 1,310
Next Target (NMU) 50,000

At this stage, the world-state graph was sparse but coherent. The 13k NMU count reflects initial corpus ingestion at controlled diversity. The world-state edge density (1,310 / 2,334 = 0.56 edges per node) was within expected range for early-phase formation.

Corpus V0: Accepted Micro-Training: Pass 13,553 NMUs World-State Graph
Stage Status: Early diagnostic formation — baseline established
